Before olive oil became an ingredient, it was part of a civilisation. For thousands of years, the olive has been woven into life in Crete - cultivated since the Minoan age.
Our first discovery takes us to Crete: an Early Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from 100% Koroneiki olives, gathered early while the fruit is still green.
